This hotel was set in a central area near the water front and center with many restaurants, bars and shops, the center and very close to the water front. Found Lan's Pizzaria very close to the venue where I had supper.

The hotel is situated in the central location in the middle of jackson. There is Restaurante Nacional walking distance from the property, had dinner there.

Exceptionally comfortable bed, particularly good bathroom and central heating, multi-channel television, and a mini fridge bar in the room. A lot of food at breakfast, such as cakes and pastries.

I loved staying in this beautifully restored hotel based in a traditional building. Its staff was attentive and caring. Dinner and breakfast food was delicious. The location was stunning - short way from everywhere I wanted to go. Furthermore, Monumento ao Emigrante was nearby.

The house was truly charming and had a cozy atmosphere. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The homemade cakes and pastries served at breakfast were absolutely delicious, and the staff even prepared a packed breakfast for our early flight. They even surprised me with a little cake for my birthday! The terrace, high ceilings, and elevator were added bonuses. The hotel also provided a key to a nearby garage for parking, which was very convenient.

The rooms did not have trash bins, except for the bathrooms. Additionally, the bed in the bigger suite was small and not very comfortable.

Really amazing experience there. Wonderful and stunningly beautiful venue, unbeatable location close enough to taxis, and many restaurants, bars and shops. Helpful and caring hotel employees all round. Spacious room with a comfortable bed, a balcony, a beautiful view. Lots of delicious food for meals.

So glad that Wheelchair Accessible room with a balcony, bath plus the most comfortable bed I booked was available.

I had a wonderful stay at Casa Do Pateo - Charming House Azores. The house is truly charming, with high ceilings and a lovely terrace. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with homemade cakes and pastries, and they even packed a breakfast for my early flight back to Lisbon. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the central location made it easy to explore the area. a great experience!

Our stay at Casa Do Pateo - Charming House Azores was a great value for the price. The room was beautiful and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a perfect bathroom. The location was perfect, just a few blocks from the main church and square, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The staff was exceptional, friendly, and always ready to meet our needs. The attention to detail and customer service were truly outstanding.

One thing that could have made the morning meal even better would be to offer a wider variety of options.

This hotel is a brilliant base for celebrating birthday. The breakfast offers a huge variety of cakes and pastries. Rooms are individual and nice with lovely double shower and huge bathroom, for instance, food is appetising. The staff are VERY KIND and the breakfast is excellent.

The staff were helpful and attentive up until the day we left. Location: the hotel was not far from very close to the water front and shops and many restaurants, bars and shops. Also, it was within walking distance of a cultural museum...

We enjoyed the beautiful courtyard while sipping on free coffee and tea. The phenomenal breakfast included a variety of delicious options like homemade cakes and pastries. The rooms were elegantly decorated and the family suite had a lovely balcony. The staff even accommodated our request for an extra bathroom. The personal touch of leaving fresh bread outside our door in the morning was a delightful surprise.
